Volvo says the ES90 combines the refined elegance of a sedan with the adaptability of a fastback, high ground clearance and spaciousness of an SUV. The ES90 is built on the same SPA2 architecture as the EX90, but has been upgraded to 800 V and provides similar driving range to the EX90 from a smaller battery pack.
Two single-motor variants of the ES90 are now available to order. There is no sign of either dual-motor or longer range variants of the ES90 that are available overseas, they may be added to the lineup at a later stage.
