Xpeng offers up to $5,000 cashback on G6 electric SUV to clear 2025 stock

Xpeng has boosted its offers to clear 2025 stock of its G6 electric SUV before the end of the year, lifting the cashback to $5,000 and a lower price for its 10-year warranty.

Earlier this month, Xpeng offered either a 2.88% finance or a $3,000 cashback to boost sales of the G6 SUV.  Now, the company has upped it to $5,000 or 0% comparison rate finance for a limited time to help clear stock of the current version of the model, ahead of an imminent refresh.

On top of that, 10 year warranty on the car and battery offer has returned with a price of just $880 which previously has been valued at over $5,000.

The 5-years or 100,000 km free servicing offer still also stands, adding even more value for customers. Interested buyers will need to place an order by 1 December and take delivery of the car by 31 December 2025 to be eligible.

On Xpeng Australia’s website, the company says: “For a limited time, receive 5 years or 100,000km free servicing plus choose one of two exclusive CyberWeekend offers when you order by December 1, and take delivery by December 31, 2025.”

The Xpeng G6 SUV comes in two variants, starting from $54,800 before on-road costs while the long-range variant is priced from $59,800 before on-road costs.

With current prices, the G6’s starting price comes in under Australia’s best-selling EV, the Tesla Model Y, making it a good option for those comparing mid-sized family SUVs.

Looking into the two variants on offer, these include the G6 Standard and Long Range. Both are available with a rear-wheel-drive powertrain that is based on an 800V architecture which allows for faster charging.

The Standard model offering includes a 66 kWh lithium-iron-phosphate (LFP) battery with a range of up to 435 km on a single charge, which is plenty for most weekly drives.

This variant can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in just 6.9 seconds thanks to its 190 kW motor that delivers up to 440 Nm of torque.

There is also a long-range model which Xpeng calls just with a larger 87.5 kWh battery offering a range of up to 570 km.

In September, Xpeng announced that it was offering 5-year complimentary servicing as part of a special offer to new customers, which is valued at $2,064.

The latest servicing offer looks to be valued at a similar $2,064 which with the cashback offer appears to be over $7,000 in value.

These incentives should encourage more drivers to get behind the wheel of a new G6, ahead of the updated G6 SUV arrival. Given our test drive of the vehicle earlier this year, with these offers in place is quite an attractive option for buyers in the mid-size SUV market.
