  • Serious question for panelists

We have a very small fleet of EV's. Most sit in the car park of a day whilst we work in the office. Does anyone have a completely off-grid solution to charge directly from solar? I don't want the expense of a battery, or grid connection, just build a carport in the car park, with solar used for the roof

Say, put 7kw solar, direct into a 5kwh off grid single phase charger. Solar averages 4 times (over a year), so potential 28kw (roughly 180 to 200klm range) per day can be put into an EV whilst its sitting on the car park. If no sun, who cares, just plug in the next day. Every kw put into an EV this way reduces the draw from the grid

Ive looked everywhere for a system like this, bit cant find anything
