Bennelong Energy Services has announced that it is partnering with American electric vehicle (EV) charging software company Noodoe to launch a new EV charging solution in Australia.

Noodoe, which custom-builds EV charging operating systems (OS) for its clients, has built a new EV charging OS for Bennelong Energy Services (BES) which is capable of managing EV charging stations, operates the EV charging infrastructure, and provides accessible and reliable charging.

BES, a majority Indigenous-owned and operated electrical maintenance and services company, hopes the new EV charging OS will not only help it transform its business, but help to provide new energy and electrical training for Indigenous school leavers wanting to become qualified electricians servicing EV chargers.

Bennelong Energy Services new EV charging OS has been designed to provide a fast and reliable path for corporate Australia and government agencies to cost-effectively advance to net zero.

“We are proud to work with Noodoe, whose leading EV software and hardware are proven and reliable,” said Cliff Lyons, Bennelong Energy Services director.

“We are pleased to announce this expansion of our capabilities. Our clients can be confident that, along with our electrical and security services, we can assist them in their fleet electrification. A real benefit for us is in the opportunities this will provide for our apprentices to develop relevant skills for the future.”
