Teslaās Cybetruck has taken many parts of the automotive world by storm, helping Tesla market to broader customer segments than just current EV owners. Thatās thanks to the unique design and features that are not offered on many vehicles in the industry.
In the first six months since customers started to take deliveries of the utilitarian vehicle, there have been plenty of towing tests, highlighting the truckās nearly 5-tonne towing capability.
Now, Tesla has announced that owners will be able to have access to an āOff-Road Modeā and other features thanks to an upcoming set of updates coming to the Cybertruck.
This was first shared on X on Teslaās official Cybertruck account with the post saying: āOff-Road Mode and more updates rolling out soonā.Ā

The upcoming updates include several new modes:
- Off-road mode
- Baja mode
- Cybertent mode
According to Tesla, the Off-road mode will provide consistent handling and traction when driving on surfaces like rock, gravel, deep snow, or sand.
The Baja mode allows flexibility to the truck while using a minimum level in the stability assist setting.
The Cybertent mode adjusts the suspension to help with a more comfortable sleep on a flat surface. It also keeps the truck bed cover open for placement of the tent in the back.
On the back of this, several owners of the Cybertruck were thrilled with this announcement with one saying: āThis is so awesome! Always improving and making owners want to try out new things! Loved in the SoCal dessert!ā.

Recently, the Cybertruck has not only been produced for customers but also to help Tesla market its existing products.
In the last week, Tesla has also delivered its first Cybertruck to Australia and as of last weekend, the company officially announced an Australia and New Zealand tour of the vehicle.
This has already helped the company get significant exposure in the Australian market and will likely send hundreds of new customers to the brandās stores every week.

In recent days, the company has also announced a tour in Europe, showcasing the vehicle to potential order holders and expected Model 3 and Model Y customers.
This comes only a week after the companyās team announced that the production of the vehicle is now at 1000 units per week.
