This customer in Germany took delivery of a white upgraded Model 3 with black interior which is the standard option without the additional costs of selecting the white interior and seating.
The upgraded model has several new features. Firstly from the outside, the new sedan is a lot sleeker and has elements of the new Tesla Roadster 2.0 that has yet to go into production.
The tail-lights also have been refreshed, making it look more modern than the first-generation car while reducing complexity in production. And the new Model 3 is slightly longer by about 26mm, coming in 4,720 mm in length. The ground clearance has also been reduced by 2 mm, and now sits at 138 mm.
Visually, two new paints are now on offer which include the Ultra-Red and Stealth-Grey. Both of these are offered at a premium price for metallic colours. Tesla has famously used the new red in many of its marketing materials for the new vehicle including their website where interested buyers can place orders on the car.
On the inside, there are plenty of new features including ventilated seats and an infotainment screen for the rear passengers.
In Australia, orders for the new 2024 Model 3 are now open with first customer deliveries expected in Q1 2024.
