Teslaās Cybertruck has been spotted once again – this time revealing some key features in what appears to be a pre-production model thatās nearly ready for scaled production.Ā
The Cybertruck was driven to an Electrified Cars & Coffee meet at Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles, California. The driver behind the wheel was Teslaās chief designer, Franz von Holzhausen.
The photos were shared by Greggertruck on Twitter and showcases many features which had not been seen up close until now.

On the infamous minimalist interior, there is a rectangular steering wheel for the driver seat. It happens to also have ventilated seats under the large glass roof.
There is a dash of the white interior along the doors and lower dash. The upper dash contains a fabric interior that is closer to the Alcantara look currently found in Model 3 and Model Y models.
This might reflect the future design choices by Tesla on interiors and could be featured in the refreshed Tesla Model 3 update instead of the iconic dash wood trim.
Coming to the outside, there are various updates that have not been seen up close including the all-important charge port. This appears to be located close to the rear left wheel. The pictures were shared by Tesla enthusiast, Ryan Zohoury, on Twitter.

Itās unclear from this if the accommodation has been made for a CCS port for other markets outside of the US or if an adapter will be required.
Itās also interesting to see the little Cybertruck emblem instead of the Tesla logo seen in current Australian-bound Model 3 and Model Ys.
The charge port also had some serious rubber sealing around the edges of the charge port door. This could be to make the truck more resistant to water egress in deep water terrains.
On the rear bed of the Cybertruck, there appeared to be a functional auto tonneau cover. According to those that were there, it appeared to have a very smooth opening and closing.Ā

With Cybertruck production nearing, itās great to see the vehicle being showcased to hundreds of people at a car meet. The new details will be well-received by thousands of Cybertruck reservation holders as Tesla plans to finalise its pre-production builds moving into scaled production.
