French industrial group Legrand announced this week the launch of its Green’Up Premium EV Chargers into the Australia and  New Zealand market.

Legrand’s Green’Up EV chargers are available in either plastic or metal options and provide charging solutions for compatible type 2 EVs in both residential and commercial applications.

Aimed at plugging the gap in areas such as corporate offices, shopping centres, hotels, universities, and undercover carports, Legrand’s Green’Up EV chargers are compatible with both Android and iOS devices and deliver complete safety in Mode 3 with DC protection.

A total of six Green’Up EV chargers are listed on Legrand’s Australian website, including three plastic models and three metal models. Offered in either single or three phase, the EV chargers are connected in either 230V/32A or 400V/32A.

Legrand is hoping that policy shifts in Australia and New Zealand’s consistent uptake of EVs will help drive both greater EV uptake as well as sales of their Green’Up chargers.
