The Tesla Models 3, S, Y, and X have all been ranked in the top 10 most satisfying cars on the market according to a survey conducted by American non-profit Consumer Reports.

Founded in 1936, Consumer Reports asks members each year whether they would buy their same car again if given the chance. It also quizzes members on the satisfaction level for their car, focusing on several specific aspects of car ownership including comfort, driving, and ease of use when it comes to in-car electronics.

The resulting top 10 Most Satisfying vehicles on the market is a big win for American electric vehicle maker Tesla, taking four of the top 10 spots – with the Model 3 in first place, the Model S and Model Y in third and fourth respectively, and the Model X coming in at 10th place.

Worth noting as well is the fact that, even though Consumer Reports is only making public the top 10 most satisfying and top 10 least satisfying, the results draw from 27 brands mentioned in survey responses.

Consumer Reports explained that despite “historic reliability concerns”, Tesla had an intensely loyal following and took the top spot.

These “reliability problems” were not limited to Tesla in the survey report, with the remaining top four overall satisfying brands Lincoln, Ram, and Chrysler also tending “to have reliability problems on newer models.”

Of the top 10 most satisfying vehicles listed in Consumer Reports’ latest rankings, the only other electrified model was the Toyota Prius, coming in at eight spot.
