Chevrolet has unveiled a sneak peak into the upcoming 2022 Bolt EUV, the company’s long-rumoured crossover version of the successful 2021 Chevy Bolt EV, giving us a glimpse of the vehicle’s Power Flow Screen.

The 2022 Chevy Bolt EUV will be the first vehicle from Chevrolet to feature the company’s Super Cruise, the industry’s first true hands-free driving assistance system for compatible highways.

In a Tweet and press announcement on Tuesday, Chevrolet unveiled a short video of the vehicle’s interior dash screen, displaying the Power Flow Screen which lets drivers know if they’re using regenerative braking and how much charge they have left.

According to various reports, the climate controls of the Bolt EUV have been moved off the same angled plane as the display and have considerably decreased in size, moving away from the large buttons and knobs that are currently found in the current Bolt EV.

Further, it appears as if the colour scheme has been modified slightly, moving to a more subdued and darker colour look.

The reveal comes a couple of months after Chevrolet offered another vague teaser of the side profile for both the refreshed Bolt EV and upcoming Bolt EUV.

Stretched out marginally longer than the Bolt EV, the new Bolt EUV makes room for a larger battery, however early reports suggest that the EUV will still be using the Bolt’s standard 66kWh pack, and therefore, have range somewhere just below the Bolt’s 416-kilometres.

With more room and cargo space inside, the Bolt EUV is not coming in AWD, but will have a faster AC max charge rate than the Bolt EV, jumping from 7.2kW to 11kW.
