Geely owned Zeekr launched in Australia with the Zeekr X small SUV. The Zeekr X shares the same Sustainable Experience Architecture (SEA) platform as the Volvo EX30, Polestar 4, Smart #1 / #3 and larger 009 people mover. The dual-motor Zeekr X also has the same 3.8 second 0-100 km/h time as a dual-motor Polestar 4, but is slower than the smaller and lighter Volvo EX30.
Australian specifications include a single motor rear-wheel drive and dual-motor all-wheel drive variants, sharing the same 66 kWh battery pack. Zeekr X starting prices are now below comparable variants of the Volvo EX30 and Smart #1 after Zeekr reduced prices. An updated Zeekr X was recently revealed in China, which features more powerful electric motors.
