The Volvo EX90 SUV is the all-electric successor to Volvo’s XC90 SUV, and is available with 3 rows and 7 seats. EX90 is built on the same SPA2 electric vehicle architecture as the closely related Polestar 3, utilising the same 111 kWh battery pack and dual-motor drivetrain to deliver up to 380 kW / 910 Nm in the Performance variant.
Volvo has revealed updates coming soon in the 2026 EX90 include new 800 V architecture which improves efficiency, performance and also boosts the maximum DC fast charging speed from 250 kW to 350 kW.
