Earlier this year, The Driven reported that Smart had cut prices across both its Australian-delivered models to help boost sales. Now, both Smart #1 and #3 are also on special, with driveaway prices now cut by over $10,000 on some stocked variants.
According to Smart, stocked #1 vehicles will have driveaway prices coming in at:
- Pro+ $47,990 (down from $54,900 before on-roads)
- Premium $54,990 (down from $58,900 before on-roads)
- Brabus $62,990 (down from $67,900 before on-roads)
Similarly, the #3 stocked variants are priced from:
- Pro+ $50,990 (down from $57,900 before on-roads)
- Premium $57,990 (down from $61,900 before on-roads)
- Brabus $69,990 (down from $70,900 before on-roads)
Translated into drive-away prices, this represents savings of up to $10,000 or more in some states. Both small electric models are designed in Germany with Mercedes-Benz influence. Both are powered by 66 kWh battery packs, which will deliver ranges of between 400 and 440 km.

First deliveries will be made in September and will add to the growing options in the local EV market.
On the #1, the Pro+ is powered by a single motor which produces up to 200 kW of power as well as delivering a peak torque of 343 Nm. This helps this variant propel from 0-100 km/h in 6.7 seconds.
Above the Pro+, the Premium model adds a 640 Watts Beats sound system, faster AC charging, matrix headlights and leather upholstery. This variant maintains the same powertrain as the base Pro+ variants.
The top-spec Brabus will be available with two motors that deliver up to 315 kW of power and 543 Nm of torque. This helps propel this SUV from 0-100 km/h in 3.9 seconds.

Like the Smart #1, the Smart #3 is powered by a 200 kW motor for the first Pro+ and Premium variants. This will help it sprint from 0-100 km/h in 5.8 seconds.
The Smart #3 Brabus adds 20-inch wheels and is powered by the same 315 kW drivetrain as the Smart #1 Brabus. This propels the car from 0-100 km/h in 3.7 seconds.
These savings are available as part of a clearance offer, which is available across all states for cars ordered by 30 November and delivered by 31 December 2025.
