Smart EV charging company Ohme is introducing a new managed installation service for its home EV chargers in Australia.
The service includes supply and installation of the company’s solar-compatible EV charger, using a network of approved installation partners across the country.
The service is backed by a three-year warranty for parts and labour and customer support.
The company already has existing agreements in the UK and Ireland with Hyundai, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen and Volvo for the service.
The company will announce its new service at Everything Electric Australia at Sydney Olympic Park in March, where industry specialists in the electric vehicle and home electrification space will gather, with the show racking up 17,000 attendees last year.
Ohme says their service is developed specifically with the Australian market in mind, with solar boosting capability and dynamic tariff integration, enabling customers to take advantage of off-peak tariffs.
“Our new managed installation service is a one stop shop for EV drivers and business partners alike, giving them peace of mind that everything will be taken care of for them,” said Matthew Evans from Ohme Australia.
“It also enables Ohme’s business partners such as car manufacturers, car dealerships and leasing companies to remain focused on their core business knowing that their EV customers are in expert hands.”
